Everyday wear
Remove your jewelry before activities that may knock the setting or expose it to household cleaners, chlorine or other chemicals. If a stone feels loose, avoid wearing or cleaning the piece and contact us.
Gentle cleaning
For gold and diamond pieces, wipe with a soft, lint-free cloth. When suitable for the piece, use lukewarm water, a little mild soap and a soft brush; rinse carefully and dry thoroughly. Avoid abrasive cleaners and at-home ultrasonic or steam cleaning.
Storage
Store pieces separately in a soft pouch or lined compartment to reduce scratching and tangling.
Silver chains
Our necklaces include a silver chain. Wipe the chain gently after wear, let it dry fully, and store it separately away from moisture. If it needs more than gentle cleaning, ask a jewelry professional for advice appropriate to the chain and pendant.
