At Source Stone Creations, every piece is made to order with care. We aim to provide clear production timelines, reliable shipping, and a smooth delivery experience.
1. Made-to-Order Production
Each piece is made to order. Production typically takes 6–7 calendar days after payment has been confirmed.
Please note that production time and shipping time are separate stages.
2. Shipping Destinations & Rates
We offer the following shipping options:
- United States (all 50 states and Washington, D.C.): FREE standard shipping, with no minimum purchase.
- Europe: FREE standard shipping.
- U.S. territories and destinations outside the 50 states and Washington, D.C.: $80 USD.
- Other international destinations: $80 USD.
Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination. Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
3. Shipping & Estimated Delivery Times
Once production is complete, standard shipping typically takes 3–7 calendar days.
For orders eligible for this standard delivery timeframe, the estimated total time from payment confirmation to delivery is approximately 9–14 calendar days, including production and shipping.
International and remote-area deliveries may take longer depending on the destination, customs clearance, and local carrier operations.
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
4. Order Confirmation & Tracking
Orders enter production after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
You can use the tracking information to follow your package's delivery progress.
5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
6. Shipping Address & Changes
Please ensure that your shipping address, email address, and contact information are accurate and complete when placing your order.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to assist with address changes before shipment. However, changes may not be possible once your order has been shipped.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information may result in delivery delays or unsuccessful delivery.
7. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our customer support team.
We will assist you in checking the shipment status and, when necessary, work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
